Manifesting-What the heck is it?

Does life have you down?

It’s easy to feel like this, because, yep, sometimes life just sucks, but I’m here to tell you that YOU are in control of your thoughts and feelings. 

So, get your journals and pens ready! It’s time to do some deep diving into how you can change your life around NOW! 

Switch Your Mindset

YOU have the capability to turn your life around with just one little switch of the mind.

You see, life will give you what you constantly think about. If you’re constantly thinking negative thoughts that’s what you’re going to get. 

If you’re constantly in a rush and feel like you don’t have time to do anything- that’s what you’re going to get. 

When your self-talk is negative, that’s what you’re going to feel.

You see what I’m trying to get at here?

What you are telling yourself over and over and over is how your story is going to be played. 

But, DON’T WORRY! 

What if I were to tell you that there is a way to turn your story around?

There is a simple fix! 

And, yes, I did say SIMPLE! 

How Do I Do It?

All that you have to do is make a mind shift.

What is a mind shift?

It’s just kind of how it sounds- it’s a shift of your mind….a shift of your thoughts.

Negative thoughts are normal, but they don’t have to live in you. They can be shoved and pushed away so that your “normal” state is always happy.

Isn’t that what we all want? To be happy?

I mean, I would hope so, right?

When you’re happy your ELATED! You can do things with joy! 

Do you remember when you were a kid and your imagination soared and all that you wanted to do was to have fun and feel happiness and laughter?

Why can’t we do this now?  Why is it so hard to use our imagination to create our best lives?

It doesn’t have to be hard.

We can reprogram our mind to think happy thoughts just like Peter Pan reminded us to do!

The way we think is due to how we programmed our minds over years and years of telling it the same things. We can CHOOSE to think differently. We have the choice and we have the POWER to do that!

You who want to achieve your dreams.

You who want to reach your goals.

It is to you who knows that there has to be a way to stop all the insanity and chaos that’s happening in your life.

It’s all about that mind shift.

It takes some practice, but shift your energy and focus to what you want and it can easily be done. 

But, how do you do it? Let’s start you on your way to happiness and creating the life you desire.

Are you ready?

5 Steps to creating the life you dream!

  • 1. Sit in silence and focus on your breath. Deep belly breaths focusing on the belly expanding and sniffing the flowers through your nose and exhaling like  you’re blowing out birthday candles. (Do this for at least 1 min).
  • 2. After focusing on the breath for a minute or two, start to let your mind wander. Let your mind wander to what you want your life to look like.
  • 3. Get specific. If it’s a beach house you want, where is it? What does it look like? How many rooms is it? What color is it? Who lives there with you. You have to get SUPER specific. Visualize EXACTLY what you want. No matter what it is. Get creative, too- Use your imagination! You can dream up anything! 
  • 4.See yourself being, doing, having what you want. Really feel it. See all that’s around you and once again get specific with the details. What do you hear? What do you smell? What do you see? What do you hear?
  • Keep that visualization in your heart. Know that it is on it’s way to you. 
  • 5. Practice this every day. 

How to Mindshift

Along with this practice. You have to start on your mind shift journey to really start cancelling out those negative, limiting beliefs. 

To get what you want you have to think its way into existence. 

Tell yourself how damn awesome you are and BELIEVE it! 

If a thought of self-doubt creeps in, HURRY, get it away with a baseball bat, with a sledgehammer, I don’t care what you’re picturing just get it out of your thoughts and IMMEDIATELY think of a positive way to look at whatever it is you’re thinking. 

You CAN do this.

It WILL take time, but practice, practice, practice.

What’s hard and difficult will become easy.
